Our Expertise

M&M Initiatives has an extensive national and international footprint. We have facilitated processes in a number of the top 100 companies in South Africa, implemented projects in more than 15 African countries, served as organisational development facilitators in a number of companies in Europe and the UK. In addition we associate with an international network of psychological researchers focussing on world best practice and our products are used in more than 13 countries. Our Products

M&M Initiatives is the developer and distributor of the Learning Potential Computerised Adaptive Test (LPCAT) which measures learning potential by means of non-verbal figural reasoning in the fluid cognitive ability domain. LPCAT is used by more than 80 major South African companies and assists with determining the learning potential of employees for screening and selection, career planning, training and development and for bursary allocation purposes. LPCAT is used in South Africa and other countries (such as Botswana, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Finland, Gambia, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, The Netherlands, Vietnam).
